💵 Top 5 AI Business Ideas for Solopreneurs

You’ve probably heard that AI is the biggest opportunity of our time.
But what does that actually mean? What should you build? Where’s the real demand
We’ve spent a lot of time talking to people building real businesses, watching what companies are hiring for, and running polls with my audience of 100,000+ builders.
Here’s what we’ve learned, and why right now is your chance to start.
1. Sell AI Videos ($5K - $10K per project)
Remember that viral GTA-style commercial by Whop? It was made with AI, not a big film crew. It cost almost nothing and got millions of views.
Brands want this kind of content. It’s cheaper, faster, and more creative than traditional video. But very few people know how to do it.

2. Build AI Agents for Businesses
The real money in AI isn’t in building fancy models. It’s in automating boring tasks businesses already do.
Example:
A person automates dentist office admin work and saves hours daily. Another builds content workflows and makes $5k/month per client.

3. Run AI Coding Bootcamps
Traditional coding bootcamps are slow and expensive. But with AI tools, people can build apps in a weekend, no coding background needed.
You could run weekend camps and teach beginners how to build real apps with AI.

4. Launch an AI-Powered Consumer App
Take a useful app that requires a lot of manual work, like calorie tracking. Add AI to remove the effort (like taking a photo of your food instead of typing it in). Then go viral with short videos.
That’s what apps like CalAI did. Now they make millions.

5. Start In-Person Founder Meetups
Real human connection is becoming rare, and valuable.
People are starting local, no-tech founder meetups and making six figures doing it. Think coffee meetups, phone-free hikes, or low-tech retreats.
